Totally Workwear –  Promotions, TW Club, Discounts & Competitions Terms & Conditions

The following Terms & Conditions apply to all promotional offers, competitions, and discounts offered by Totally Workwear (“TW”), unless otherwise stated.
Specific promotions may have additional terms which will be communicated at the time of the offer.

1. Catch-All Discount Promotion Terms

• Discount is valid for the percentage (%) or dollar ($) amount off as communicated in the promotion.
• Offer is valid for the promotional period stated in the advertising, or until withdrawn by Totally Workwear, whichever occurs first.
• Unless otherwise stated, the promotion applies to online prices only at totallyworkwear.com.au and is not available in-store.
• If in-store participation is included, this will be clearly stated in the promotional material.
• Discount applies to the current advertised price of eligible products at the time of purchase.
• Excludes the purchase of gift cards, unless otherwise specified.
• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer, promotion, or discount code.
• Promotion is subject to availability and only while stocks last.
• Prices are as marked or applied at checkout.
• Totally Workwear reserves the right to change, withdraw, or extend the promotion at any time without notice.

2. Email Offer – TW Club Sign-Up Promotional Discount Code

• Valid for new TW Club members who have an active membership (subscriber status).
• The next order discount code is valid for a single transaction only, to be used within 12 months of date of issue.
• Code is permitted for one use per customer.
• Not valid on the purchase of gift cards.
• Unless otherwise stated, no minimum spend applies.
• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• Valid for online purchases only at totallyworkwear.com.au.
• Code must be used before the expiry date communicated.
• By joining TW Club, members agree to receive marketing communications in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

3. Email Offer – Winback Promotional Discount Code

• Available to active TW Club members who meet the campaign criteria.
• Valid for a single transaction only.
• One use per customer.
• Not valid on the purchase of gift cards.
• Minimum spend may apply if stated in the offer.
• Valid for online purchases only.
• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• Subject to change or withdrawal at any time.

4. Email Offer – Cart Abandonment Promotional Discount Code

• Available to active TW Club members.
• Valid for a single transaction only.
• One use per customer.
• Not valid on the purchase of gift cards.
• Minimum spend may apply if stated in the offer.
• Valid for online purchases only.
• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• Subject to change or withdrawal at any time.

5. Clearance Sale Items Terms

• Discount prices are as marked.
• Available while stocks last.
• Clearance offers are exclusive to our online store at totallyworkwear.com.au unless otherwise stated.
• Clearance items may be excluded from additional promotions or discounts.

6. Email Offer – Product Review Promotional Discount Code

• Available to active TW Club members who submit a qualifying review.
• Valid for a single transaction only.
• One use per customer.
• Not valid on the purchase of gift cards.
• Minimum spend may apply if stated in the offer.
• Valid for online purchases only.
• Cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.
• Subject to change or withdrawal at any time.

7. Email Offer – Reward / Voucher Offer

• Available to active TW Club members.
• Voucher must be redeemed by the expiry date specified.
• No extensions will be granted.
• Valid for online purchases only unless otherwise stated.
• Not valid on gift card purchases.
• Cannot be used in conjunction with another discount code.
• Order value must be at least equal to the value of the voucher; vouchers cannot be partially redeemed.

8. Competitions & Prize Draws

• Open to residents of eligible Australian States/Territories only.
• Entry is open to active TW Club members who meet the method of entry criteria.
• Staff of TW, suppliers, and immediate family members are not eligible.
• Competitions are games of chance unless otherwise stated.
• Prize details, total value, and draw dates will be stated in the competition schedule.
• Winners will be notified via contact details held in their TW Club profile.
• Prizes are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash unless otherwise stated.
• TW reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
• By entering, participants consent to TW using their name, image, or likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
• Additional eligibility or verification requirements may apply for specific promotions.

9. General Conditions

• All offers are subject to stock availability.
• TW reserves the right to cancel or amend any promotion without notice due to circumstances beyond its control.
• Fraudulent or unauthorised use of a discount code will result in cancellation of the transaction.
• By participating in any promotion, the customer accepts these terms and conditions in full.
