The Totally Workwear network is supported by a Franchise office, covering the core pillars of running the Franchise and supporting your business, as well as the broader support from Workwear Group, as Franchisor. This includes support with Operations, Network Development, Marketing, Category & Product as well as Digital Platforms. You also join a network of established Totally Workwear operators, allowing you to draw from the experience of other Franchisees.

Yes, if you love operating a Totally Workwear site, you can look to expand your footprint and open up more. The network has a variety of single site, multi-site and even multi-state based operators, who have grown with the Franchise and discovered their passion in running and managing Totally Workwear stores and working with their fabulous staff.

We value our diverse range of operators, and how they choose to run their business. You are not required to work full-time in store, but some of our owner operators absolutely love doing so. We have operators who successfully work full-time in store, but also some who work on the business, not in it.
