GIFT CARDS FAQ
HOW DO I PURCHASE A GIFT CARD?
Gift cards can be purchased from the Gift Cards page. The gift card will be added to your shopping cart and paid for at the checkout as per a normal purchase.
WHERE CAN A TOTALLY WORKWEAR GIFT CARD BE USED?
The Totally Workwear electronic gift card can be used for purchases at participating stores (see list below), or may be redeemed online at totallyworkwear.com.au
HOW DO I USE MY GIFT CARD?
You enter the Gift Card Voucher Code, sent to you via email, in the payment section in the checkout including the PIN CODE. If you have a Totally Workwear account you may also redeem the gift card to create store credit - present your card or email to staff at participating stores to redeem your eGift Card.
DO I HAVE TO SPEND THE EXACT AMOUNT ON MY GIFT CARD?
No. If your purchase amount is less than the value of the gift card you can use the balance for a purchase at a later date. If your purchase is more than the value on the Gift card you can use any other acceptable payment to make up the full amount.
CAN I RETURN PRODUCT PURCHASED WITH A GIFT CARD?
Yes. The normal Totally Workwear return policy applies to any product purchased with a gift card. Keep in mind that the refund will be credited to the account used to purchase the gift card.
HOW CAN I CHECK MY GIFT CARD BALANCE?
You can check the balance of your gift card under Store Credit in My Account or simply click Gift Cards page. . To check your balance online you will need an account and your gift card voucher code.
HOW LONG IS MY GIFT CARD VALID?
The gift card is valid for 36 (thirty six) months from date of issue. The expiry date of your card can be checked in your account: Gift Cards
CAN I CHOOSE THE VALUE OF THE GIFT CARD?
Yes. Gift Cards are available in any amount from $20 to $200.
