Terms & Conditions – Totally Workwear Online Black Friday Campaign
1. The Promoter of this promotion is The Workwear Group Pty Limited (ABN 82 004 055 387) of Level 1, 187 Todd Road, Port Melbourne, Victoria, 3207 (“Promoter”).
2. This promotion is known as the Totally Workwear Mailing List Promotion (“Promotion”).
3. Entry to the Promotion is open to Australian residents 18 years of age or over who fulfil the method of entry requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Information about how to enter this Promotion forms part of these Terms.
4. The Promotion commences at 12:00am Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT) and ends at 11:59pm AEDT on 24 November 2023 ("Promotion Period").
5. To be eligible to enter the Promotion, entrants must complete the Promoter’s email subscription form located at the following address http://totallyworkwear.com.au
6. Successful completion of the email subscription form will entitle the entrant to a twenty (20) per cent discount off the regular price on eligible online products in a single transaction (“Discount”)
7. The Discount does not apply to online specials or already discounted product lines, trade accounts and commercial quantities. Discount is not to be used in conjunction with any other offer.
8. The Discount is only available to one (1) transaction per eligible customer during the Promotion Period.
9. The Promoter takes no responsibility for late, incomplete, or misdirected entries. The Promoter has no control over telecommunications networks and accepts no responsibility for problems associated with them.
10. To the extent permitted by law, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw or amend the Promotion as necessary due to circumstances outside its reasonable control or if required by a relevant regulatory authority.
11. The Promoter will collect information from you to conduct the Promotion and may also use the information to contact you in the future with relevant product news, sales and special offers. You can unsubscribe from the Promoter’s customer mailing list at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in marketing emails from the Promoter. The Promoter may share your information with its Australian related companies. By entering this Promotion, each entrant agrees that the Promoter may disclose the entrant's personal information if required by law. Your personal information is collected and held in accordance with the terms of the Promoter's privacy collection statement and privacy policy which can be found on its website at https://www.workweargroup.com.au/privacy-policy.
