WIN A TOTALLY WORKWEAR COOLER CAN FRIDGE
1. Information on how to enter form part of these conditions of entry. By entering, entrants accept these conditions of entry.
2. Entry is only open to Australian residents. Employees and their immediate families of the promoter, participating Totally Workwear outlets and of the agencies associated with this promotion are ineligible to enter.
3. The promotion commences on the 1st June 2008 and closes 11.59pm AEDST on the 16th June 2008.
4. To enter, entrants must correctly complete an entry coupon found on the front of the “Totally Workwear End of Financial Year Savings Flyer” and tell us in 25 words or less, “Why you would like to win a Totally Workwear Cooler Can Fridge” Place your entry in the Cooler Can fridge at your local participating Totally Workwear Store.. No responsibility is accepted for late, lost, incomplete, illegible or misdirected entries.
5. The promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of entries. The promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant for tampering with the entry process or for submitting an entry which is not in accordance with these conditions of entry.
6. This is a game of skill and chance plays no part in determining the winner.
7. Judging will take place on Friday, 27th June at the premises of each participating Totally Workwear Store. Entries will be judged by or on behalf of the promoter based on literary and creative merit and originality. The Judges’ decision in relation to all aspects of the promotion is final and binding on all who enter and no correspondence will be entered into.
8. The prize is a Totally Workwear Cooler Can Fridge valued at $499. The total maximum prize pool for each of the participating Totally Workwear stores is $499 (incl GST). There is 43 participating Totally Workwear Stores. The prize winner is responsible for collecting the prize from the participating Totally Workwear Store. Unless expressly stated all other expenses become the responsibility of the winner.. The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be taken as cash.
9. The prize winners will be notified by phone and mail using the contact details provided in their entry. Prize winners will also be published on the Totally Workwear website. If a winner cannot take the prize as stipulated or if it is unclaimed, the winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Promoter reserves the right to award the prize to the second best valid entry.
10. The promoter shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever which is suffered (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for any personal injury suffered or stained during the use of the prize except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law.
11. All entries will be the property of the Promoter. Any personal information collected will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of conducting this promotion. Personal information may be disclosed to contractors and agents assisting with this promotion or to communicate with entrants. A request to access, update or correct any information should be directed to the Totally Workwear store where the competition entry was placed.
12. Totally Workwear respects your privacy, and our policy regarding handling of personal information is in accordance with the Australian Privacy Legislation.
